                                                                                 Call me by your name (2017) SMART objective; Major project film review My continuation route is Media and Communication. Project title is "Call me by your name" For my project I would like to create a written film review of ‘Call me by your name’ of about 750-1000 words. I will study other film reviews and consider the angle and language and research this. I will use either Word or Google docs to write the review and then either use a template software to add it to a flipbook or I will add it directly to a gallery page with images. This will be completed on my website by the beginning of December.

  Mark Kermode Sources: IMBd Mark Kermode      Mark Kermode is an english film review podcaster ,leaders film critic, presenter, writer, and musician. He host his own podcast name Kermode on film. He also co-hosts Kermode& Mayo's film review in BBC radio 5. The key of the show is both men love film and they get on with each other. His podcast are full with passionate, articulated, Knowledgeable, and funny. That is the point where make many people follow his podcast. After researching his movie reviews, I realised that I should be able to watch the movie in detail. Moreover, I should search for more information about the movie in order to complete my film review project and the most important things is I enjoyed to watch the movie so I should created my film review project come out and feel my happiness in it same as Mark Kermode love film and his follower or listeners can feel it from his film reviews.                 ...

   I chose call me by your name movies because after I watched this movie that made me warm about love story between main character. This movie is different from other romantic movie. This is because they are not using the word LOVE to express love. In addition, not using the word love also shows the character' s hidden feelings of love for the same gender and in this movie did not use the word gay to defining the gender of the main character. They create a new way to express love by using call me by your name and I will call you by mine.The two main characters are calling their name to express a deep feeling in their hearts, " I have found my soulmate and we are one".The theme of this movie is similar to theory from greek philosopher, he said " Actually humans have 4 arms and 4 legs but were punished by Zeus by splitting their bodies in half, so humans need to find other half because it their soulmate.Then I find it interesting about the belief in soulmate.    Today I will talk about my blog buddies advertisement. After I saw her project it was make me interesting by the background because it eye-catching. But somethings in her project was not clear. First of all, her work is linked to her advertisement research since her research talk about dance academy. First of all is the arrangement of the letters, she arrange it too tilted to the right should change it in the middle between the photos.Furthermore, her size of photos are quiet a bit small I think should change to more bigger and should have more details or describe more about what tools does she use for made her work and the process. However, For the first project outcome I think she done it so great! just should change a little things.     Now all steps have been completed. I have changed the font colour and the font style to make it look stronger and the font arrangement of the text to make it more readable.In addition, I change a little bit size of the logo and position to make it slightly tilted.            Then I move the text and change the size of logo to make it bigger. I cut out a little bit of a forest photo to make it smooth. I saved this file as JPEG format so that I could conveniently change and use the photo.

 For the first step I started by drawing a sketch first. I intend to create a logo and brand name “LIME”. I'm going to use a picture of the animal to convey the ease of use of the phone that I mentioned in the previous post. The plan for"LIME" The logo I was redrawn through the Goodnotes app:  I chose this symbol as the lime juice drop to represent a cellphone is easy to use same as squeezing a lime.   I have thought about the kind of advert I would like to make advert about cellphones because after I finish the International year I will continue to study media and communications so, I want to link communication with cellphones such as you need a cellphone to call or text someone. In terms of content and layout often they use an image of a cellphone and just a background with a little bit of detail about the phone or images that have a model holding a phone and most of them use a young man or woman to hold a cellphone for representing their target. They allow you to bank, shop and measure your daily fitness output. You can measure your sleep rhythms.  In the class, we have been discuss about advertisement. We discuss about the tagline, text,layout and the colour that it use. Furthermore, we discuss about what the advertisement try to present us for their products. So, I will choose 2 advertisement to talk about what is similar,different and what I like about it and what I don't like about it. for the first advert is contemporary advert for Samsung Dual LCD PL 100 suggest that you can use take a easy selfie by yourself for the second one is Kodak camera point is little camera but can take a big photo. The target for first advert is girls or young women, I think the idea for this one is very interesting. I like about how they show that it easy to take a selfie and the photo will come out like have someone take that photo for you.These advert show the different about how small of camera and the result of a big size photo that you will get from this camera.   In class we discussed sequential image in photography and I worked with partner to create sequential image using mobile phone photography. I began by shooting image using idea setting on my phone iPhone 13 pro used auto setting on my phone. I then added my phone to google drive and then download to my desktop as .jpg format in a folder so that I could create contract sheet on photoshop. But before put its on photoshop I need to change file from .heic to .jpg. Here are the contact sheet of the shot. I then choose my image for sequence image.

    First of all, a few days ago I have seen a photo of a man trying to go inside a glass bottle. The photo made me feel that it has a lot of various meanings. So, that image inspired me to create my work.                  Leave and keep is sometimes you want to throw somethings that has a relationship to you away, and when it's time to leave it, you will see more and more memory in it. Then it will make you feel hard to throw it away. The more you want to delete, the more memory will be.
